In other words, you come to us with a business problem or a goal, and we provide you with a tailor-made digital marketing solution. You can probably find many definitions online, but based on our vast in-field experience, this is the best description of what we do. No, we are not freelancers. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and we even have an office! 😊 Speaking of hours, we are huge fans of work-life balance, and we love our families and hobbies very much. It means that we will not work after hours, at weekends or on holidays, and you certainly won’t find us in the office during New Year’s and Christmas holidays.

We have three basic billing structures: • yearly retainers for ongoing long-term processes such as consulting; • project fees for outcome-based processes that are limited by time and extension; • hourly rates for small-scale projects and tailor-made offers. Note: We have a minimum engagement fee, meaning all projects/yearly retainers start at €10,000. If you are surprised, here is our justified explanation for this practice. In marketing consulting, there is no such thing as a "small project". Because for every client, we have the same thorough, profound, time-consuming process of learning, analyzing and evaluating its business, challenges and goals. This minimum fee allows us to keep up with our high standards while providing the best service to our clients. Otherwise, we would have to cut the slack and save time, which we will never do, as we do not compromise on such matters.

In marketing consulting, there is no such thing as a fixed-priced list because every cost estimate is tailor-made to suit your business needs, and it can’t be copy-pasted to other clients. The final offer is made after we get to know your business, goals, and expectations.

It starts with an NDA, a non-disclosure agreement to ensure that the information you share will remain confidential. Then we skip to the good part! Our team will assemble the questionary about your business strategy, goals, budget, previous projects, accomplished results, future projects, team structure, and more. The sole purpose of this process is to get to know your business "from the inside ". Some clients prefer to answer these questions via email or a file, but we are also open to scheduling a meeting or an online call. Once we have all the necessary info, we can get to the final step – creating an offer that includes the scope of work and cost estimate.
