Our e-mail first policy

We encourage our clients and colleagues to always use e-mail as their primary way of communication to keep track of timelines and projects. We understand that talking on the phone is “easier” and “faster”. It is until you get to the point that you can’t remember what you talked about six months ago.

Also, if you are a Slack user who just “loves” adding new channels, we are here for you! But no, seriously, feel free to share your preferred mean of online communication with us.

We enjoy business brunches and friendly talks, but when it comes to budgets and deadlines, the final agreement will always be written down.
